The prices of the profiles are indicated without calibration according to the exact lengths, i.e. the manufactured profiles may be slightly longer (up to 30 mm) than indicated in the current offer and this is not considered a reason for complaint.

SPEC. LENGTH ORDERS:

When ordering spec. length products are subject to a premium and the production term is negotiated separately.

When ordering spec. length projects, which include boards of standard length, all produced boards are subject to spec. length price.

The step of the manufactured profiles is 0.1 m, the profiles can be slightly longer (up to 20 mm).

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS:

Before starting work, it is necessary to carefully familiarize yourself with the recommendations of the installation instructions.

The manufacturer and seller are not responsible for possible damage and/or damage to the product if it is installed incorrectly. If the buyer does not follow the installation instructions, he will void the warranty for the entire system.

Wood-plastic composite products cannot be used as elements of load-bearing structures.

Products made of wood-plastic composite can be machined (cut, drilled, planed) and installed, just like products made of ordinary wood, using standard tools. For cutting wood-plastic composite products, it is recommended to use saws with fine teeth or a circular saw for cutting PVC and DSP.

The optimal temperature for installation work is from +5°C to +30°C

The terrace system must be installed on a prepared base (foundation).

Claims for defective goods are not accepted after the goods have been installed. The buyer is familiar with this information when confirming the order.

COLORS:

The most popular standard colors are:

• anthracite (color code – 09),

• brown (color code – 10)

• gray (color code - 08).

Products in standard colors are produced within 1-3 weeks, and the production term for non-standard colors: sand (color code - 01), cedar (color code 02) and nutmeg (color code - 03) is coordinated individually with each customer.

The color saturation and shades of wood-plastic composite profiles can vary (up to 20%) in different profiles and batches (sometimes even internally), and this is not considered a low-quality product. If you notice differences in shades after installing the wood-plastic composite profiles, know that they will become uniform over time. There are many individual factors involved in the color stabilization process (water, ventilation, solar radiation, rain, dust, air, etc.) that each play a role in the process, which is why we unfortunately cannot say exactly how long it takes. Usually within 6-8 weeks.
